Brighten up any space with silk ornamental flowers in a vintage vase. This set is suitable in both a business setting and an eyecatcher in every household. It is very easy to maintain because these flowers do not decay. Ideal for spaces where there is little light.
Around 1930, this flowerpot was manufactured at the Arnhem Fayence factory. On the flowerpot there are Art Deco shapes painted by hand: geometric motifs are depicted in different colors such as bordeaux, brown, green and blue on a white background. On the bottom is the following: KVG 310 (model number), Isolde (décor), Arnhem Holland and the number 21.

About ARNHEMSE FAYENCEFABRIEK (1907-1934)
The Arnhemse Fayencefabriek is a continuation of the Pottery Factory Purmerend founded in 1903, which burned down in 1906. The brothers Jacob (1880-1924) and Klaas Vet (1876-1943) subsequently chose Arnhem as their new place of business. It is not entirely clear why they chose this, but Arnhem was at the time a prosperous city with a good infrastructure. The objects that were made in the factory were mostly vases, flowerpots, wall plates, smoke and liquor sets and occasional pottery (souvenirs). Because the Fayencefabriek Arnhem had a large oven capacity, the factory also baked on behalf of other plate makers in the Netherlands. In 1934 the factory closed its doors.
