About De Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft)
The Delft-based Porceleyne Fles pottery, also known as Royal Delft, is the only Delft manufacturer remaining for Delftware which, since 1653, still paints decorations on objects such as vases, wall plates, tiles and jugs by hand, according to old tradition. De Porceleyne Fles is known worldwide for its products and in 1919 the factory received the designation Royal.
