This Delft Blue lidded vase was made in 1975 at De Porceleyne Fles in Delft. The vase is hand-painted with flowers and a blue lion. The bottom bears the De Porceleyne Fles mark: an apothecary jar with the intertwined initials JT, standing for Joost Thooft, owner of the company in 1876. Underneath the bottle is the word ‘Delft’ with a curly capital D. On the left are the initials of the painter: GHA (Mrs. G. v. Hagen), the year code CU (1975), and the model number 527.
