This Bonbonnière was made in 1979 by De Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft) in Delft. The candy dish is hand-painted with floral and geometric motifs. On the bottom is the De Porceleyne Fles mark: a small apothecary jar with the intertwined initials JT below it (these stand for Joost Thooft, owner of the company in 1876). Below the bottle is the word ‘Delft’ with a curving capital D. On the left side are the painter’s initials: WSDIJ, the year code CY (1970), and the model number 1119.
